Recently became the owner of the Payoneer card. Registered directly from the site. I had no idea that there are refs and specials. conditions for registering from certain services. I started the map exclusively for upwork.
Today funds have been received, 29.95 have already been deducted for the service, and, as far as I understand, the percentage for cashing out from this card will differ from what I would have received it from the link from the upwork.
So this is the essence of the question: is it possible to change the tariff of an existing card? And is the game worth the candle? In addition to the annual maintenance at 29.95.

There is a possibility, I changed it myself a year ago. You will simply be sent a new co-brand card (Payoneer-Upwork), as soon as it arrives, activate it and that's it. The old card will be blocked, all funds from it will be transferred to the new one.
