Can I ask for help installing a Django project on a VPS?

Good afternoon.
Situation:
1) There is a Django project running on the local machine.
2) There is hosting (VPS-CentOS) + Domain
3) There is a problem that I cannot solve: problem
4) There is a week of unsuccessful attempts to solve the problem and 9 different questions on various forums, including bourgeois ones. Those. either I have some kind of unique situation, or I'm asking something wrong and I don't see the problem.
Can one of the experienced developers look at the access situation and help me? Willing to pay time.

1) Did you run it through runserver? Were you able to launch the site?
2) Is the 404 error being thrown by nginx or by Django itself?
3) Have you tried deploying the project using supervisor?
