Actually the whole question is whether it is already possible to use PHP7 on 1C Bitrix or is it not worth it yet?
I also heard that on PHP7 it was again possible to prescribe php_value mbstring.func_overload in the .htaccess file

PHP7 is certainly worth using, but Bitrix is not worth it.
PySy. Seriously, it's possible, I had many projects on a variety of engines transferred to PHP7, no problems arose. Well, Bitrix is certainly special, but there will still be few problems.
