Can hosting influence the number of outgoing links?

The situation is this. There is a site on WordPress, no ads, a clean template (installed from the admin panel). I use the template on other sites, everything is fine there.
Before the new year, the site fell under the ACS. The content is completely unique. The only links on the site are links. A couple of links to several services (copyright exchanges)
I checked with several services, attached a screen with xtool

2600 links, where they should be the same :D
Could there be such a number of links due to hosting (if we take into account that hosting is not the best)?
