Can government block bitcoin?

Everyone writes that bitcoin is cool cool, it is not regulated by the state, there is no central server, they say no one will intervene and block it. Isn't the hardcoded port 8333 a bottleneck? All connections go to it. Roskomnadzor will take and agree with all local providers to block any activity on this port. Am I correct or not?!

Blocking by port number is easily bypassed.
But blocking the input-output of real money is much more unpleasant.
Bitcoin without the possibility of converting into real money - nafig is not needed.

Will never block. And it's not about the ports. It is simply impossible to close already open knowledge. If it was opened, then someone needs it. As long as it is needed, it will be used regardless of the will of the state.
