Can fake jobs come across from fake companies?

Hello!
I was looking for where I could go as a junior developer, I threw in responses to many different vacancies, and in the first of them, I was invited literally immediately, they offered me a remote internship, and added me to Skype. then they threw some links in which you need to fill in some data (name, year, position, etc., other questions of interest). I was looking for detailed information about the company, then I found out that there is little information about them, there were a couple of records for 2010-2011, there is no official website, the company is supposedly located somewhere in the USA. I learned from Wikipedia , immediately doubted and deleted the hr manager, even though hh ticked the company.
After some time, I found another company, it is outsourcing and also the main office is located in the USA, and there are also departments in other countries, in particular Russia. There is already work in the company itself, there is a website, the exact address. But there is little information about the company itself, the site itself contains only fact-finding information (we are such a waste company).
I want to know your opinion, thanks

Everything is possible, but in my practice this has never happened. More often there is a slightly different case, vacancies without specifying the salary, where you need to plow like Papa Carlo for a penny and there are no special conditions. Usually these are local web studios and other offices. If the office does not work for outsourcing and does not have its own business, you can immediately put a bolt on it. From this we can conclude that in your second case it was a good option to get a normal job. There are doubts about the first one.

You will sign the contract if you are hired, and there will be all the legal information about the company. Not all companies have websites on the Internet. and it often happens that the legal entity where you actually get a job may have a completely different legal address and name, unlike the name of the company where you applied for a vacancy
