Can combining cart and checkout affect integration with B24?
The integration of orders from IM to B24 was set up. The client wanted to change the appearance of the cart and combine it with checkout. I only edited templates for this, and disabled unnecessary order properties in the admin panel, as the client wanted to simplify the design as much as possible. According to the client, after they rolled out the edits for the combat, orders stopped coming to B24. They come to the admin. I also changed the name of the FIO property from F.I.O. on the Name at the request of the client, but in theory this should not have affected at all, because the mnemonic code remained unchanged. I also deleted the entire old personal folder with all its contents, since a personal section and so on is not required, and only one page is needed on which the basket and checkout, and the new functionality is placed at /cart/. I did not touch the components themselves, only the templates. And so I have this suspicion that the basket and design have nothing to do with it at all, since orders go to the admin panel, and in theory they should be sent from there. The client does not give access to B24.
Questions:
1. Can these component patterns affect integration in this way?
2. Can disabling unnecessary design properties affect this? Maybe in B24 some mandatory properties are indicated?
3. Changing the url of the cart and deleting the default contents of the personal folder can affect this?
