Can Cloudflare route to IP?

Is it possible to make cloudflare knock on the IP, and not on the domain.
The fact is that there is a server to which you can park. And on parked ones (not added to Cloudflare), respectively, accessing the server directly.
Is there a way to do this and has anyone experienced this?

Cloudflare already knocks on ip and not on the domain ...
But in order to knock on ip you need to bind the domain

For avoid by pass proxy cloudflare need create rule in firewalls server for only allow traffic sent from range Ips cloudflare and ready you IP dedicated only receive traffic from cloudflare and not accept traffic from another networks.
