Can Chromium or Firefox run in web application mode?

Tell me, is it possible to run the browser in web application mode? Or any other mode, but the main thing is that the page opens without a tab bar, address and search bar?

Fox quite recently (since version 73) has such a feature, SSB is called

Added the ability to use the "Site Specific Browser" (SSB) concept to work with a web application as with a regular desktop program. In SSB mode, the menu, address bar and other elements of the browser interface are hidden, and in the current window only links to the pages of the current site are allowed to open (external links open in a separate browser window). Unlike the already existing kiosk mode, the work is carried out not in full screen mode, but in a normal window, but without interface elements specific to Firefox. To open a link in SSB mode, the command line flag "--ssb" is proposed, which can be used when creating shortcuts for web applications. The mode can also be called by the "Launch Site Specific Browser" button located in the page actions menu (ellipsis to the right of the address bar).
