Can Chrome be used as a built-in browser?

I found only how to raise it to the 11th version - pobedasoft.ru/page/web-browser-1c
I can’t find about chrome, Google is complicated by answers to the question of how to open 1c in the browser.

Prior to version 8.3.14, IE was used as a built-in browser on Windows and WebKit on other platforms. Now only WebKit (read Chrome) is used for all operating systems.
If the question was whether 1C can be used as a kind of window manager to launch arbitrary applications limited by built-in windows within its framework, this is technologically impossible. No form-based ActiveX and the like. You can only run external programs, and pid 1C is set as the parent of the generated process.
