Can anyone suggest an idea to automate the recording of a webinar by simulating attendance?

I need to implement the server part of the webinar recording process (chat, video broadcast, materials window). The first thing that comes to mind is to record all the events that took place at the webinar and repeat them according to the timing during playback. But I would like not to store everything in the database, so that you can simply download the presentation recording file in video format and watch it in the system video player, and not on the web. Maybe someone heard about services (with api) that allow you to simulate the presence on the site and record everything that happens in a file?

Erm.... telegram bot? I don’t know how it works, of course, but for some reason a thought slipped through my head: maybe writing such a bot can solve your problem?
An interesting question indeed.
