Can anyone help with slick.js?

Hello. I tried to screw the slick-slider, nothing happened, well, I thought that something was wrong with the slider, I tried owl-carousel, nothing happened either. I realized that I don't know how to set up sliders, even with documentation.... I know JS only superficially. Can anyone help?

On the codepen, all plugins are connected in the settings, you can see
Stripes are better done as separate slides. Arrows style in css as you like (examples of setting your own arrows can be found in the slider documentation at the very bottom - prevArrow, nextArrow).
