Can any of the admins suggest a suitable solution for removing httpd statistics?

I am looking for a suitable solution for removing httpd statistics so that I can get data for a specific site from it: the number of hits, traffic volume, visitor IP addresses with analysis by subnets and countries, User-Agent statistics, calculation of the user's stay on the site, the ability to build graphs and charts, you also need the ability to display the load on the site in real time or watch the load at time t.

From what I googled, only mod_performance, awstats, webalizer and the like, this does not suit me for the reason that these programs take data from the access_log at the time of the request to them, if I have logrotate configured, which periodically resets the access_log, then the statistics will also be reset, you need a program that, at the time of the request, takes data not from access_log, but from its own database.

Prometheus + grafana is the perfect solution. The entrance is not very complicated, it consumes little resources, it is very flexible and convenient.

I recommend splunk. There is a free version with 500 MB of logs per day, it is launched in the docker with one command, in my opinion there are no alerts on it only (authorization can be done with Apache). It really depends on your traffic. He is cool, with him a quick start and cool results are possible.
