Hello. It is necessary to develop a program that scans business cards and recognizes information. As I understand it, there is an ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK solution for text recognition. However, it is not clear whether it recognizes the semantics of the text? For example, there is a notebook with the fields Name, Address, Company name. Can this SDK send type XML
<name>Вася<name> <address>Lenina street</address>etc. That is, you need to send information such as name to the name field, address to address, and so on.
Can anyone come across? And generally advise how to do it, I mean semantic analysis? How difficult is it? I plan to do this for my master's thesis - is it normal? Or is it too easy? Mb sources on sense recognition?
