Can a test bot on Google Play generate invalid clicks on ads?

When you upload an app package to Google Play, the app is automatically tested on multiple devices by a robot. At the same time, the work randomly clicks on the screen, trying to interact with the application (to hit controls, for example, buttons).

Question: if the application has built-in ads, can this robot make invalid clicks on ads, for which the ad will ban the developer?

Do I need to somehow insure against this if you use the AdMob advertising network?

You can keep json with advertising codes on the host, put test codes there during the check, and change it after publication. We did this, the method is working;)

The robot will definitely be able to make clicks on ads.
Google knows how to recognize this very well and will definitely ban it.
It is best for robots to disable ads, but in this case it will not be a fully-fledged test.
