Can a self-employed person sell their written programs on their website?

Can a self-employed person (Russia) sell on his website programs that he has written using a money aggregator like Yandex.Checkout? Who has experience with this? What does it look like in practice? For example, if you sold a program for less than 100 rubles, do you immediately indicate it in "My tax"? And what to write - "installation and consultation on the program"?
That is, the idea is to make Yandex.Checkout on the site, after payment, issue a code to activate the program and consult on it. The programs are written by myself without the involvement of other programmers. Or use some better other money aggregator? And then how to pay the tax, write each sale in "My tax" or at the end of the month with a general record?

PS I read articles briefly, they write that a self-employed person can have an online store if the goods there are produced by him, which is no more than 2.4 million a year.
Who has experience, or has already considered this topic, if not difficult, please answer what and how here.
