Can a domain be taken away if the trademark matches?

Hello.

I want to register a trademark . It is written in Latin. The name completely coincides with the name of the Western media, which has a Russian representative office and a Russian trademark.

But my field of activity is not the media , but computer games and providing access to servers.

I want to register a domain that also contains and matches the trademark name.

And I want this domain not to be taken away from me later.

Can you please tell me what checks I need to perform now to make sure that they do not take away?

UPD.
I have a different field of activity and I will register a trademark.
Please tell me the algorithm for comparing areas of activity.

If there are different trademarks:
"Idea" (buckets; colanders)
"Idea" (tights; socks; underpants)
"Idea" (electric machines and devices for cleaning)

And there is a festival site idea.ru. Do you think someone can take away the site from the festival?

And the answer to this question is related to my question: what is the search algorithm and what is the list of criteria for recognizing a conflict of interest and taking away a domain?

No checks will save you (including ordered certificates), except for registering a trademark along with a domain.
Today you register the "RogaIKopyta.RF" domain and work quietly... Then, somewhere on the planet, the ROGAiKOPYTA corporation opens... And hello.
A bunch of precedents where even similar names were bought out or taken away. If memory serves, that's usually what Google did.
The same goes for social networks. They themselves personally selected the pages simply by providing accounting documents confirming the fact of ownership of 100% of a company similar in name.

Yes, such a domain can be given into the possession of the plaintiff in a judicial proceeding.
In this regard, the courts rely on the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and on this decision of the Presidium

register a sign - it’s not a fact that it will turn out, the rest is trifles

in DIFFERENT fields of activity, trademarks, site names, etc. MAY be the same and cannot be taken away.
