Can a disk check kill a second OS?

It costs 2 OS, 7ka and 10ka. When you start 7ka, it requires you to check the hard drive, including partitions from 10th. Can she kill 10k or even format the partition with her?

It can kill wasps if there are really problems with the disk, but this is not 7ka's fault, but you yourself, since you allowed this (bads).
Formatting is completely out of the question here.
In any case, you only need to be afraid of the bads, and not the check itself.

Oh sure.
Check disk is chkdsk - its task is to restore the correct operation of the file system, even if this requires destroying some data.

Or even format the partition with it?
chkdsk repairs the file system, not creates. Therefore, she will not be able to create a new FS.

How to disable?
For FAT/FAT32/exFAT:
ForNTFS

Turn off in Win10 "quick turn on" in "Control Panel / Power Options".
"Quick power on" is the transition to hibernation when shutting down after logging out. In this case, the FS remains in an inconsistent state.
This setting is enabled by default.
