Can 1C use a NOT 1C OpenID provider?

There is a corporate SSO server that can provide OpenID. At the first connection, nothing happened, it crashes with the error "OpenID user authentication error (Thin client)". From the web does not want to come out for authentication at all. The question is, can a 1C client work with third-party OpenID providers at all? If so, what is the correct way to cook?
