Camera not working on laptops, how to fix it?

On one laptop, after turning on the camera, it says: "The camera could not be started. If the camera is connected and installed correctly, then check if there are new driver versions. Here is the error code: 0xA00F4246 (0x800706D9)" The driver
rolled back and updated - zero sense. No problems with antivirus either. What is the problem?

On the second one (which in brackets) writes that this is a Windows update error.
