Callback API - Incorrect Response Text even if they don't write messages to the bot - how?

I have two completely identical bots in code, but one responds very slowly (despite the fact that there are fewer requests to it), I look why, I go to the Callback API settings, and there are a lot of failed ones. Incorrect Response Text is returned even though for example the bot hasn't received any requests in the last five minutes. Still slips Incorrect Response Text. How to get rid of it? die("ok"); present in the code, issued in any case, and again there is a completely identical bot (by code) that does not swear by such errors

VK can simply wait for a response and send a new request. In this case, it is better to check the date field in the incoming data.
