Call forwarding from Android to Windows 7?

There is a problem. My phone catches a connection only near the window, and standing there all the time is not an option. I wanted to know if there is an application for Android (respectively, under Windows 7) so that calls that come to the phone are forwarded via the Internet to my PC?
There is something similar in Skype, but this is hardly my version.

I was also interested in this topic. Either there is no such thing, or something with redirection to IP telephony or another operator that catches well. But this is money. Or look at the radio markets for a remote antenna out the window (in the early 2000s, you could buy such an antenna, see that the antenna was both 900 and 1800 MHz, if there are no markets, look at Chinese online stores like aliexpress / taobao), a phone on a stand, a cable in phone (if modern phones do not have a connector for an external antenna, then in some kind of buying you can buy an old phone with such a connector and bluetooth on board), and a bluetooth headset to it. Yes, it's a crutch, but if it doesn't, then it's the only way.

My old Nokia 3120c, when connected to a PC via bluetooth, announced the PC acoustics as its headset, respectively, when making an incoming / outgoing call, speakers / headphones connected to the PC and a microphone from the webcam were used.
In the event of an incoming call, all audio streams were automatically muted.
