Calculations in Excel (in different directions) do not match, why?

Hello.
There is a book in which I consider the parameters of the webmoney loan. So, when calculating with the same amounts, I get a discrepancy of 0.24%.
To make it easier to explain - I attach the file itself. In it, problematic calculations are highlighted in red and green at the bottom.
Green - this part corresponds to reality. And in red for some reason the amount in the column "Will come to alpha" is underestimated.
If it's not difficult for anyone, help me figure out why. Thank you.
