There is a task to develop a system that will receive gps data from the antenna, process it and send it further to the server via http
Interested in C ++ materials, interested in programming for microcontrollers, a robot with gps data, a robot with connected devices (as I understand it via COM ports), work with rest api and it would be nice to have something about creating a GUI for the application.
So far, it is not really known what exactly needs to be done and it is not clear how it will work.

I advise you to start with Arduino, this is not true programming of microcontrollers and sishniki with a twenty-year-old beard will throw sticks at you, but enough for your task.
I would choose Qt.
