C# + selenium + chrome, How to load the login and password from the installed proxy into an open instance (browser)?

Chrome browser.
The login and password from the proxy is not saved in cookies, and not in the cache, but in some kind of "site data".
If cookies and cache can be loaded somehow on the go, then how to save and paste these "site data" from the current browser? so as not to manually enter each time.
Proxies without authorization will not work unfortunately.
