C# panel to hide everything in it?

It is necessary to make a page other than how it came up with panel, but the problem is that when I switch between them, it shows all its buttons in forms.
I hid the panel back, for convenience, but the buttons that were on it remained, and are shown in forms.
How to bind all the elements that are on the panel? And when you clicked move to the back, they left along with panel.

Is it WinForms? Maybe try using z-index on elements
