I just can’t choose between these languages, so I decided to ask experienced users.
1) What is most often developed in C++?
2) What is most often developed in java?

Java - Android, large network services and enterprise web applications. Rarely, but there are desktop applications with an emphasis on cross-platform application.
C++ - it's easier to say where it's not. Any applications where the use of computing resources is critical, cross-platform and, at the same time, development speed and security, in comparison with C.
