c-editor wincc 7.5 sp2 stopped working?

For some reason stopped working with-editor.
Global scripts do not open.
Naturally rebooted the PC.
What could be the problem?

These two warnings are thrown.

In general, I didn’t understand what I did, I gave all siemens rights to the Windows user, like before that the PC rebooted, but now I just closed and opened the project. And everything worked. Some weird glitch.
UPD: this is a problem because of the cyclic scripts in the properties of the object.
