C# - Delphi - Volume Control on Windows
It was required from under the application to control the overall volume of the system. I use Delphi as the main language, it's useful to google. As a result, some example was found, but it works correctly only under Win XP and below. The fact is that since Vista, each application has its own personal volume level, and therefore the example found allows you to control only its volume when I need a general level.
Now I'm learning a little C #, and under .NET, it seems to me that this should be easier. Well and actually a question - whether who can provide a working example either on C#, or on Delphi?

As far as I understand it is necessary to use WinAPI.
