The story is this:
A friend bought a phone, the Google account of the old owner was linked to that phone, but she did not know about it.
A year later, she decided to change the password to a pattern and successfully forgot it. By the way, she has already done a couple of Hard Resets, it did not lead to a hurry ...
Also, she has a second Google account, through which she logged in on the phone. But the phone does not accept it, writes something about 24 hours change password.
When I tried to reset the settings through Bootloader, I also did not succeed. I read on the Internet - you can download the image from the memory card, but will the old user be deleted?
