Buy button in Opencart?

In the product card in the online store, I made a "Buy" button. I didn’t even do it, but stylized it and adjusted it to fit my layout by trial and error. I did it in category.twig, but looked at one product, its page was updated endlessly. As a result, I achieved that by pressing the button the page scrolled up and +1 was added to the counter of goods in the basket

. Satisfied to the ass, he went to poke on other goods, but NO. The functionality doesn't work anywhere else. And on the page of that product it works.
