Button "Buy" or "Add to Cart" in the online store?

There is an online store with a catalog of plumbing. And the question is: the button with which text will be the most “fruitful” both in terms of usability and SEO.
The mechanism for placing an order on the site works as follows: after clicking on the “add to cart” button, a label with the number of goods lights up on the cart icon in the header and a block is displayed in the lower corner of the page with a notification that the product has been added to the cart.
In this situation, it seems to me that “add to cart” is a more appropriate wording, since in fact we do not immediately proceed to the order and carry out the payment process, but we postpone the product, and we have the opportunity to add, for example, related articles to it.
But there is also a one-sided idea that from an SEO point of view, the word "buy" on the button can slightly boost positions in search engines for a number of low-frequency queries. Something like "buy %article_name%".
Doubts added and a variety of buttons in different online stores.
In general, what do you think?

From the point of view of SEO, of course, it would be better to write "BUY MOSCOW ONLINE VACUUM CLEANER CHEAP" on the button.
And so, of course, such serious issues are not resolved so quickly, it is necessary to convene a council.

You should not think about search engine optimization here, but you need to do A / B testing and identify which option is the most selling (lead generating). Or do you want to influence the search results with text options in the button?

Better - "Add to cart", and already in the cart - "Pay".
After all, when you come to the supermarket and put a pack of milk in the basket, you don’t pay for it right away, do you?
I presented it a little crookedly, but the logic is approximately as follows ...

Didn't find what you were looking for?
