Button "Ask a question on WhatsApp" on the site. Is there an implementation?

Good afternoon.
"I have one burial ground ..." In general, I have one client who loves his store very much. Mostly trades via Instagram + WhatsApp. Well, during the development process, I decided to add the "Ask a question on WhatsApp" button to the site. Accordingly, show only if the user is watching from a mobile phone and, when pressed, launch WhatsApp on his mobile with an open contact to enter a message.
I dug Google / Yandex / WhatsApp API and did not find anything similar.
Has anyone done something similar? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I do not know if such solutions exist, but, as an option, you can do this:
When you click on the "Ask a question ..." button, you will be given a form with two fields: a question and a phone number.
And there you already send this data to the bot , which, in turn, creates a dialogue between support and the user number and sends a question there. It turns out that both support and the user will immediately receive a notification about the issue. Something like this

Isn't this approach right? It's just a link generator https://chat-api.com/en/whatsapp-link-constructor.html . You can disguise it as a button and it should work

At the moment, there is simply no such possibility in WhatsApp, I also thought about this topic.
