But what if there are two different sites with a common code and domain name?

Sobsno subject.
for example:
site.com/b/statya-o-chem-to
site.com/sh/kakoy-to-product
everything that starts from site.com/b/ is a blog, and everything that starts from site.com/sh / - a store and they are essentially not connected in any way either thematically or by links from one to another.
It's just one piece of code that can handle both, seemingly different sites but with a common code and domain name.
two essentially different sites with a common, one code, under one domain.
How will search engines react to this?
yes, yes, this is "game". just wondering.)

This is some nonsense. You have one website with one domain name. And the fact that there is a blog and a store is generally not on the drum. You make at least a section with porn and an ornithology news section - it will be ONE SITE.
