What CMS to use? Maybe someone has some advice?

01. Drupal is flexible, you can essentially do a lot of things, including the example given. Or maybe I just like him. Free, community.
02. OpenCart - for an online store, but if you need a platform with such a division into categories, it will also work. Lots of plugins. For free.
Of the paid ones, I will not advise anything - I have not used it for 2 years already. In general, I myself am waiting for the API from pokupo.ru - they have a trading platform (still, however, in beta), on which you can do a lot of interesting things. Difficult, I hope they improve.
