Try SPARTA , there you can run a search on the list. Used inside nmap and other scanners, gives good results.
Why exactly on linux? To scan all domains of one site, you can use cloud scanners. Like acunetix.com or metascan.ru, they can detect forgotten subdomains, developer hosts, and other infrastructure.
