Building your own Ruby on Rails hosting?

Hello.
There was a need to separate users on the server so that everyone had access via SSH (application management, application deployment), could install their own gems, work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sqlite, MongoDB), etc.
Can someone share some advice, or point me to some manuals on how to set this up?

Try ISPmanager Pro. There is something about Ruby there.

There are analogues of rails-shared hosting (dreamhost.com and locum.ru, for example), there is a completely specialized heroku.com (more cloudy). So there is some demand for it. Whether you will be able to sell it is the second question, not for this site.
