Building OpenCV under Qt. How to fix "File format not recognized" error?

Qt 5.2.0 for Windows 32-bit (MinGW 4.8) and OpenCV 2.4.0 are available. Did as suggested by Properrr in my first question. Everything was assembled without a single error, but it was not possible to launch the test project.
D:\Programs\OpenCV\opencv_cmd\install\x64\mingw\bin\opencv_ffmpeg248_64.dll:-1: error: file not recognized: File format not recognized
and
collect2.exe:-1: error: error: ld returned 1 exit Google status
didn't help, other than this . But it says here that the bug has already been fixed with opencv 2.4.7. I'm using a newer 2.4.8 and if the error was fixed, then it should not have appeared. Thus, I am at a dead end.

In the example to which Properrr gave a link, mingw is taken from CodeBlock. I took Qt-shny mingw. Everything is working. Maybe that's the difference.
