Building games after c++ basics?


Hello everyone, I've just learned the basics of c ++, and I want to try my hand at developing games on cocos2d-x, should I do this right after the basics? , like Unity.

To start, write something very simple and clear. Snake or arkanoid for example. I can recommend SFML as a learning engine.

Well, okay, the level is clear.
I can offer to write such games as tic-tac-toe, sapper, balls (like lines (98), the author just appeared in that year). Balls is a good example of a game to learn the pathfinding algorithm

For starters, you can use the SFML framework, then write on something more complicated like DirectX or Unreal Engine 3.
