Building a small but paid wi-fi network

Good day.
About half a year ago I saw an article about creating a wi-fi network with automatic generation of passwords for users and adjustment (of those same users) depending on the availability of an advance payment on their part. Now there is no way to find it. Maybe someone saw?

I would also appreciate any information/links on this topic.
(I'm interested in creating a small wi-fi network (about 20 points) with the ability to automatically generate passwords for users with prepaid traffic)

the link above is an excellent approach for certain conditions and for a boring life ..-)
but if there is no goal to shrink in funds to the limit, but you need to do it quickly and then conveniently operate it, then you can look at centralized solutions with a web GUI on the WLAN controller. There are already integrated systems, the only one, of course, without billing. But if you need to make guest access, generate logins and passwords and have a web interface with a separate entrance for the secretary, then you can take a decision, for example, from a cisco, configure the Lobby Ambassador account in a few actions in the browser and enjoy a quiet life (while communicating with those who wish the secretary will get access and press the button for generating information for access will be the same ..-)). The issue with the prepaid service, of course, is not solved in this way, it is necessary to think about billing.
