Bugs in Yii 2.0 with full compatibility?

I downloaded the Yii 2.0 package from the basic site, uploaded it to eu5 hosting - free of charge and with support for the new version of PHP5.
As a result: the archive is unpacked to www.rek11.ru/basic
if you run www.rek11.ru/basic/requirements.php then all tests seem to pass (PASSED)
but the application itself gives errors www.rek11.ru/basic/web
This is what ? PHP version doesn't match or what? Haven't seen this kind of error before.
