Bugs in Visual Studio?

I'm writing an application where you need to work with memory... Well, there are crashes when debugging VS. "There is no access to the address" and so on. It's just that VS can't cope with these crashes at all... I end debugging with the "stop" button in the top panel and I can't start the application anymore because "Access to the file %path to compiled .exe% is denied"... I understand this is due to the fact that the studio thinks that the application is still open, although it closed it itself. After restarting VS everything is fine again.
