Bug in eslint-config-react-app package?

Everything worked before.
Didn't update packages, didn't install new ones, but still got error:
Plugin "react" was conflicted between "package.json » eslint-config-react-app » C:\openserver\domains\react-projects\react1\node_modules\eslint -config-react-app\base.js" and "BaseConfig » C:\OpenServer\domains\react-projects\react1\node_modules\eslint-config-react-app\base.js".
