Browsers do not guarantee a secure connection, how to fix?

I go through browsers (Chrome and Yandex) to any page and they restrict access because it is impossible to establish a secure connection, err_cert_authority_invalid error. Even when I go to Yandex through the Yandex browser, it says that attackers may try to steal your data. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
