Browser tab refresh delay via livereload-guard, how to fix?

Ubuntu + Koala + livereload-guard. When saving the file, the koala renders css from scss, it takes some fraction of a second, but the fact is that the tab is updated immediately after clicking on save the file and as a result the changes are not visible, you have to press ctrl + s twice to quickly see changes. And this is not true for all projects. what's the matter, how to solve?

I can still understand, albeit with difficulty, when a Win-user uses a koala... but damn, on Linux?
The solution to your problem is Gulp.
