Browser extension: how can I make sure that when errors occur in JS scripts on sites, the execution of my injected script continues?

I wrote an extension for the chrome browser, which injects my js code into certain sites.
There was such a problem. If an error occurs on the sites themselves in the js code, then further execution of my script stops. How to avoid it?
