Broken links with anchors in facebook mobile apps. Has anyone come across?
One of the sites has a facebook page. It contains posts with links to articles on the site (a kind of posting on the social network when published on the site). For technical reasons, links to articles contain an anchor (for example , example.com/#text-yakorya )
If you follow these links from the facebook web interface, then everything is fine. But if you do the same from the official facebook mobile application, tried it on ipad and iphone, then the # symbol is converted to% 32 (if I don’t confuse, well, I think the meaning is clear) and as a result the link becomes http://example.com/%32text -yakorya and in this form is requested from the site. As a result, 404 and dissatisfied users.
1) Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
2) Is this a bug?
