Broken highlighting of nested pair tags in PhpStorm?

Syntax highlighting

Storm has built-in highlighting of nested pair tags.
But now she began to work in a strange way.
If you put the cursor on a div inside a div, it will highlight like this (the default highlight brightness is paler, I changed it to a brighter one while I was looking for what's the matter):

And if the cursor is inside another tag or inside a non-nested div, it will not highlight.

How to fix it so that it normally highlights all parent tags?
