On hosting nic.ru changed the database user password. The site broke, of course: Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.

Where do I need to enter a new password? What site files?

All right, people say this is joomla, change the user password in the specified configuration.php file in the public $password line to the one that the database user has registered and you will be happy.
