Broadcasting a camera in Chrome or Safari from a remote computer via the Internet, is it real?

is there any software so that a webcam works on a remote computer, laptop (windows)
and my browser understands it as its own and displays a picture

after replacing the picture in the browser from my built-in camera to a remote one via the Internet

I wanted to write about obs with a plugin, but I remembered that you have a poppy. However, I googled - quite recently it turns out that a plugin was made for the poppy.
